{Just Gotta Say....}

 

 

This year sure has been a trying one. We have had lots of highs and a lot more lows..Luckily the year ended a a great note, employment, acceptance into school, and a beautiful new baby girl!

I am so anxious to see what the new year brings...

Fingers crossed 2010 will bring many joys!
as for 2009...good riddance! 

{ A Fishing Tale!}

As I had previously mentioned, Ryan had to work Christmas. But he more than made up for it! The next day he took our family to breakfast (a real treat for us) and than took Alenna fishing.

Here she is...fishing.

How sweet is she fishing??! Of course I'm her mommy and am biased, but c'mon!

Ryan and Alenna were unsuccessful catching anything. But they stayed out there for about 4 hours.

Good quality one on one time!

Totally wiped out tired! (That's hot cocoa on her face!)

Daddy came home and took mommy on a date!

In the surprise of the season, the kids aunts Becca & Sara came from Utah for Christmas! What a fun surprise! This is the family(both sides) at dinner.

Seeing a picture of our friends who have two little girls named Becca and Sarah I say, "Look Alenna, there family has a becca and sara just like our family. Isn''t that silly??" and she says straight-faced, "No, not silly....It's GREAT!"

Seeing a greeting card from my parents where my mom is kissing Santa (my dad) Alenna shreiks, "Mema is KISSING Santa! We DON'T KISS Santa, we only HUG! I'm telling Papa, let's go mom!"

Believe it or not, Alenna was afraid! WHAT?! That surprised me.

So like I said, Alenna was scared of Santa! All the kids were so excited and Alenna hid behind my legs! Thanfully she came around, and Brady could have cared less, he was just excited to have friends over.
