Yeah For Progress!!

I went to the OB today and received some good news. I am dilated to a 1, 20% effaced, and the baby is dropping! Yeah! So, seeing as how my body is starting to do its thing we are not having a scheduled C-section, we are just going to wait to see what my body will do. The doctor said he didn't think the baby would arrive this week, but that we never know. So, I am thrilled, I just wanted SOME progress, that way we could decide one way or the other what we should do! We did get a little bad news though, I have the strep virus thing, which isn't a big deal. I just have to get on anti-biotics when we arrive at the hospital. Kinda shocking, I didn't have it with Alenna. But because I have this, the doctor will not strip my membranes in fear of transferring the virus to the baby. I had my membranes stripped with Alenna and that's what finally made me go into labor. So, at this point its just a waiting game. I'm just relieved that its looking like I will be able to have a normal delivery. YEAH!
