It's been a while.....

Figured I would blog, it has been a while!
Well, I am 22 now. Boy, is it different from 21! (Yeah right) My mother in law bought me a crystal punch-bowl for my birthday and its awesome. I am always borrowing hers when we have parties, but now I have my own!
I have started kickboxing again. I have a tape that I do every day. It is such a work out! I swear, 30 minutes of it and my heart is racing super fast. Its great! I have about 15 lbs. to lose until I am at where I was when I got preggers, but would like to lose another 15 on top of that.
Speaking of working out, yesterday I left Alenna downstairs to watch Elmo while I worked out upstairs. When I came down stairs I discovered she has rubbed the ENTIRE tube of chapstick all over herself and my couches! RRR. I flipped. It was my fault, I wasn't paying attention to what was in her reach before I left. Anyways, so I spent the night trying to figure out how to remove an oil based substance out of microfiber. Rubbing alcohol semmed to work ok, but I need to try some goo-gone. Thats what I get for buying expensive things before I had kids, I guess.
Brady is getting so big, he is really filling out. His eyes are turning light blue, like Alenna's. He is still pretty bald, but he is so tall! I can't believe he is 5 weeks old today. He is discovering his voice, always coo-ing.
Ryan has a camp out for YM's this weekend. This calling is turning out to be much more demanding than both of us would like, or feel he has time for. I am being released from my calling as nursery singing person. That's a relief, with Brady still being so little I really didn't want to be bringing him into the germ-pool of nursery just yet.
Our 3-year ARM ends on our rental this month and next month our payments are sky-rocketing about $400 dollars. As of now, we have had positive cash-flow from our renters, but now with the rate changing we will have to eat the difference if we don't refinance. So, I'm freaking out because stupid Walter from Countrywide, our loan officer, isn't returning any of our calls, and we are having to constantly track him down. We are going to get stuck with this high payment because this idiot can't return a call. I want to just use someone else, but we have already given him all our info and Ron (my father in law) has already ok'd him talking to us. (He and Ryan own the house, not me and Ryan). The frustrating thing is because I am not on the loan, I can't deal with any of this. If I had been, I would have had this taken care of months ago. I'm practically giving myself an ulcer worrying about this stupid sitution. Luckily, because of the bail out and because of the central banks lowering their interest rates, I think we have a good shot at being able to work something out. More info on this later.
I better run, Alenna is quite and that is never a good thing!

Yikes on that loan. That is stressful. The loan we had on our Puyallup house was on an arm, too. Until 2010 I think. Glad we got out of that! I don't think we'll ever do that again. Time goes too fast and the next thing you know, the arm is up! Have you guys put your rental on the market yet? I know you were talking about it at one point.

Our lease with our renters isn't up until march of 2009, so we have to hang onto to it for at least another 6 months. If we can can refinance and our renters want to stay longer we would like to just hang onto it because as it stands now we owe what its worth.

Ahhh you can't leave 2 year old by themselves and everyone learns the hard way! LOL Katie got into my purse and squished out all my lip gloss all over the carpet. sigh.
