On to the next exciting chapter in our lives

I debated whether or not I would blog about this, but than decided this was huge enough of a thing I had better. Ryan and I have decided to move. We have been living in our house here in Queen Creek for almost 2 years now. We love it. We finally just got the house the way we want it, and were comfortable. But we have decided that it is more important to get Ryan through school. Ryan is applying to nursing school, and all the nursing schools around here have a 2 year wait, expect for Central Communty College which is where he will be going. He has a semester's worth of credits to take as pre-reqs which he will start in Jan, and he needs to become a CNA, which he can take a week long class to obtain. So, where are we moving??? We are actaully moving in with his mom. She has a 7500sq. ft house, and we will live in the basement which is the size of our 1st house. It will be nice, we will be out of her way. And she is a busy doctor, so we can coordinate our schedules to make sure we are not imposing. Kinda stinks, but we like to think of it as taking 1 step backwards so we can take 2 steps foreward. When Ryan is going through nursing school (which is a full time thing, so he cannot work full time, which is why we are moving) he will be working part time as a CNA and getting expirience for becoming an RN. So we will just kinda "eeek" by while he is building his resume and getting his RN, but when he is done we will move back here and he will work at the hosptial they are building across the street. It will be nice, he will have a career making 3 times what we are now only working 4 days a week. While working only those 4 days a week he will be going to school part time at ASU to get his BSN(Bachelor's in the science if nursing). He will also join the National Guard during this time where he will gain even more expierence as a nurse, along with alot of other perks. After 10 or so years and ryan having his BSN, the hospital has a Master's program where they will train him to work with Anesthia (?), and he will work under an Anestialogist administering heavy drugs to patients. SO, in doing this, 10 years from now (roughly) he have an awesome career that is recession resisant and be making what Anestialogists make. So, anyways, that is the plan. We are renting out the house we are in now, along with our first house. Kind of scary, we are taking a HUGE leap of faith. But we just feel like we have to do something dramatic to get on the right path. Anyone need a place to live??? haha.

It is wonderful that you have a plan. Many people just take blind leaps and that is how failure happens. I think that this is not a leap of faith but guidance from the lord. Not many people have a clear cut plan and how that much research on a leap of faith. You have been blessed with some great guidance, I am proud of you guys! What lucky children you have, they great parents that will sacrafic for their future! Good Luck!

Thanks guys! I was heistant to blog, change isn't always seen as a good thing-not to mention some members of our family are freaking out. But we feel good about this, and it's to insure our children (and ourselves) have an aewsome future wide-open with possibilities!
