Okay, so I literally have like
200 pics from this weekend, and these are just the highlights. This picture above is of Alenna and Ryan, right after they were running after some deer....they
didn't catch them.

Walking back into the
beautiful house we stayed at in Sandy. Ryan put little Alenna's
bare feet in the snow.
Ouch, poor baby.

I thought this was a
cute one of the
kids with Grandma Bergen. She watched them Saterday night so Ryan and I could join his siblings for dinner and the Christmas Concert which was,
in a word: amazing! It was the Mormon Tabernacle Choir featuring Brian Stokes Mitchell, I think is his name.
He is incredible!

Put down the camera and come
play with us! Ryan shoveled the driveway and Alenna helped.....
sorta.
Discovering snow. She is catching snow flakes on her tongue.
Our snow man! He was Alenna's height, it was far too cold to build a bigger one. His eyes are olives and his nose is a carrot!
It was really fun.
Can you spot the deer? We saw so many deer crossing right outside our window, it was crazy. It was snowing like this all weekend.
Such a winter wonderland!

I couldn't
resist! Temple Square is
breath-taking with all the lights up!
Ah, so pretty! This was after the
amazing dinner we had on the top floor of the Jospeh Smith building and while we are
running to the concert hall. It was snowing so hard, we were
freezing!
Ok, so this was on the plane ride
home. I
am livid at this point because we hadn't even taken off yet and Alenna
was in fits. Maybe one day I will look at this and laugh...not today.
Alenna was kind of a brat all weekend. Though, not that I am excusing it, I can't really blame her. We totally threw her schedule all off, and she only sees her aunts and uncles a couple times a year (they all live out of state.) So, considering......and the fact she's 2 and not always the most pleasent to be around, I think she was ok. Though I'm sure Ryan's siblings would disagree.....they would ask her, "do you want......" whatever, like a cookie, or a hug, or a million dollars (jk), and she would say, "NO!" And run away crying. Geez, maybe when she's 3 she will be nicer! Needless to say, I am re-thinking this whole wanting a huge family idea.
Overall, it was very enjoyable weekend and I am so grateful for the chance we got to go!

How fun! I haven't been to Temple Square at Christmas time in ages. I've been trying to talk Rob into going down soon. It's really not that far of a drive for us.
BTW, love your snowman! :)
Looks amazing! That picture on the plane made me crack up! Sorry but you looked pissed. LOL
Lol Poor Alenna... And poor YOU! Hopefully the "terrible 2" stage will end soon enough! But it looked like you guys had fun... I'm jealous you got to be there!
And your pics of the SLC Temple were gorgeous! I'm so impressed with your photography skills Lynette!:o)
It looks like you guys had fun! Except for the plane ride, lol. I love the pics you took of temple square, and your snowman is way too cute!
LOL, you said, when she's three maybe it will be easier. LOL May I remind you of my post about our plane ride to Montana. Sorry to bust your bubble but it only gets more frusterating! At least you had Ry there to help!
And I'm jealous, I was only able to see the Salt Lake Temple from the freeway.. because Roger said we were behind schedule! Thanks for the pictures though, it's beautiful.
Looks like you all had a wonderful time!
