A Very Small Accomplishment:
Monday marked 4 weeks that I have been working out everyday.
Go me! haha, I say that because I always give up on myself.
I have been running 2.5 miles everyday along with weight lifting.
(I have a treamill and a bowflex in my living room. I promised myself to use them everyday. I have no excuse! They are right there!)
I know I know, I'm pregnant, but I am really enjoying challenging myself!
I have lost about 6 inches though that is not my goal at the moment. I just want to be healthy.
There is a difference between being skinny and being healthy, I know some very skinny people who are horribly unhealthy. I want to be healthy.
Everyone in this ward runs Ironman Triathalons, who knows, maybe I can get my butt in shape for that! (Doubtful,) haha.
4 weeks down, 48 to go!
(I feel like this most days, haha)
