Ok, maybe not small...
I realize that I haven't posted an actual update on our family in a while. Mainly because nothing really all that positive has been happening. So where do I start, rent drama, fighting with our health insurance non stop, me throwing my back out, Ryan's emergency trip to the ER, or all the funny business in between?
...I know, our baby got stung by a scorpion. Ryan was at his EMT class (did I mention he's taking a 10 week EMT course? Well he is.) We were playing in Alenna's room and Brady grabbed what I thought was just a piece of lint, turns out it was a scorpion and it stung his hand.
(I'm just glad he didn't get the chance to stick it in his mouth first!)
Brady, other than being a little ornery was fine, thank goodness.
In other news Ry is doing great in his class, no surprise there though. Still on the job hunt, he's got several leads and an actual interview today, there is a health care Job Fair on the 14th, and once he finishes his EMT class, he feels pretty confident he will have an easier time finding work. Keep your fingers crossed for us please.
(It sure is hard when you start all over...especially in this economy)
The kids are just growing by leaps and bounds! Brady is pulling himself up on everything and he's in to everything all the time of course. We suspect he will be walking soon.Brady turned 10 months on July 4th, our baby is almost a year! Wow!
Alenna's newest phrases included, "Alenna wants a girl baby, mommy, not another boy, ok?"
"My name is Nanny-girl and I love birthday cake!"
"Sure mommy! Alenna would LOVE to!" when asked to do something
We can't believe she will be 3 this year and starting Sunbeams, where does the time go?? We always swore our kids wouldn't get big, and we've blinked and its happening.
Sigh, maybe Ryan WILL get those 10 kids he wants. (jk)
Our baby, whatever "it" is, is really active. Good sign I think. "It's" really low, still back in my pelvis. Hopefully it will come out(of my pelvic area) in the next month and a half and show us its "stuff!" Yes we still want to know. I hate calling "it" "IT" Blah boring.
Keep checkin in for more info as it happens!

Small Update, ha.. I can't believe everything that has gone on! Poor Brady, it's good to hear he's doing okay and I'm glad I don't have to deal with those here! And Alenna is soo cute, I really wish Nikholi would say what she says when I tell him to do something; instead I get "No, why can't you do it yourself!"
I'm not sure if I told you or not but Roger accepted a Conditional Job Offer from the Pentagon Police. I'm soo excited as long as he passes his medical board, which we are sure he will, he'll be starting his government training. I'll keep you updated, in the meantime hopefully things calm down for a you a little bit you need to be taking it easy especially in your last few months.
Sending much love your way, Breanna
you did tell me about that, I think thats great! good to know some people are still able to find work ;)
haha yup it's always a three ring circus around here. God is grooming us for something. I told Ryan the reason why we were given this unexpected baby is so we would have SOMETHING good happen this year, SOMETHING to look foreard to. haha.
I'll have to email you later.
Alenna says the funniest things.
