The 9 Principles:
1) America is good
2)I believe in God, and He is the center of my life
3)I must always try to be a more honest person than I was yesterday
4)The family is sacred. My spouse and I are the ultimate authority, not the government.
5)If you break the law you pay the penalty, Justice is blind and no one is above it.
6) I have a right to Life, Liberty, and The Pursuit of Happiness, but there is no guarantee to equal results.
7)I work hard for what I have and will share it with who I want to, the government cannot force me to be charitable.
8)It is not un-American to disagree with authority or to share my personal opinion.
9)The government works for me. I do not answer to them; they answer to me.
The 12 Principles:
1)Honesty 7)Sincerity
2)Reverence 8)Moderation
3)Hope 9)Hard Work
4)Thrift 10)Courage
5)Humility 11)Personal Responsibility
6)Charity 12)Gratitude
*Common Sense-Glenn Beck
*The 5000 Year Leap-W.Cleon Skouson
*American Progressivism- Ronald J. Pestritto
Despite what our President may say, it is NOT un-American to question the government or to disagree. He was obviously asleep that day in history class, but there is nothing MORE American to than to question, question, question! And, to voice our opinions!
In the words of President Bush, "When I walk down the street, some people applaud me, others boo me. That's whats so great about America though, everyone has a right to voice their opinion."

********************************************We are in a battle right now. and its so much bigger than Republican vs. Democrat. There are alot of really scary things happening in government right now. Our best defense is to gather as much knowledge as we can and arm ourselves with it. The government figures they can do what the please as long as we are in the dark. Please, my friends, family, and anyone else who may read my blog, please I beg you, do your research. The government is taking over our country and one by one all our freedoms are being destroyed. Don't take my word for it though! Please do your own research. Some good reads:

While I applaud your passion politics, I think that your opinions are formed without being fully informed. You are suggesting to read book written by conservatives, as you are conservative. Maybe you should read some democratic or libertarian books as well. This way you will have a full grasp on the ideas of the other side and not what one side has to say about the other. Be fair and balanced.
I was once a conservative republican but there are other ideas out there. Some that make even more sense. I now choose to follow none of the aforementioned political parties but really choosing a side isnt the way to go. Someone always suffer.
Just a random thought from another politically minded individual.
I am a conservative, though I don't side with republicans. I am independent. I have a problem with government, big government to be specific. Thats why I posted this specific thing, though it is conservative in content, I agree with it's morals and agree that big government is bad for us all.
